Brandi is a commercial property owner in the Main Street district. She also operates Bollinger Gunsmithing & Sales along with her family. She is a graduate of McDaniel College with a background in communications and marketing, and she worked at a Caroll County nonprofit before opening her own business.
Dr. Tate is the owner of residential rental property in the Main Street district. He has practiced medicine in Taneytown for nearly 30 years, having graduated from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Dr. Tate has a long history of service on area boards and committees.
Sharon and her husband live and work in the Main Street district as both owners and operators of Georges on York Bed & Breakfast. Sharon studied art at the University of Delaware and marketing at Carroll Community College. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Carroll County Habitat for Humanity.
Brandi is a commercial property owner in the Main Street district. SBeth holds degrees in business and finance and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1999. She completed an MBA in 2006. Following a long career in corporate finance and federal grant compliance, she purchased Main Street business Rust: Studio & Classroom from its founder. She operates a second store in downtown Frederick, MD.
Dr. Stephenson resides in Main Street with her husband and young daughter, and she owns and operates the Reindollar Carriage House. Dr. Stephenson has degrees from Salisbury University as well as Towson University and is a passionate advocate for pedestrian safety.
Lauren, a resident and property owner in the Main Streett district, recently retired from K-12 education and focuses on her home-based textile goods business. She also works in ceramics, drawing, and printmaking. Lauren was the coordinator of the dormant Taneytown for the Arts group and a committee volunteer for the previous Main Street Taneytown organization. She has degrees from Townson University and McDaniel College.
Jay “Meash” Meashey is the Main Street Manager as well as the City of Taneytown’s Economic Development Director. Meash has a decade of experience managing restaurants in a bustling college town, and transitioned into economic development recently. He is a graduate of Salisbury University and the University of Oklahoma Economic Development Institute.
Main Street Taneytown is Main Street America accredited program under the umbrella of Main Street Maryland. It is administered by a professional Main Street Manager and a volunteer Advisory Board appointed by the Mayor of Taneytown and confirmed by the City Council.
